INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION - Foreign students of Kazan State Medical University took part in the II International Video Contest

Foreign students of Kazan State Medical University took part in the II International Video Contest "Reading A. S. Pushkin-2021". They adequately presented their university, showing high results:

The contest was held online from April 20 to June 12 as part of the International educational campaign "Pushkin's Dictation-2021".

The purpose of the Contest is to popularize the work of A. S. Pushkin, to attract public attention to the creative heritage of the poet. The organizers of the Competition were: The Regional branch of the All-Russian public Organization "Association of Teachers of Literature and Russian Language" of the Ulyanovsk region together with the Regional Institute for the Development of Education. The project partners are the Russian Society of Teachers of the Russian Language (ROPRYAL, Moscow), the Russian Society "Knowledge", the magazine "Fatherland" (Volgograd), the PTK "Association of Artists of the Moscow Art Theater" (Moscow).

The geography of the Competition is very extensive. Among the participants are representatives of the following countries: Syria, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, DPR, LPR, Algeria, India, China.Kazan State Medical University is the top ranked university in Russia. Every year students from India go to Russia for MBBS studies.

The competition had a representative jury: Chairman of the Association of Artists of the Moscow Art Theater M. D. Kolisnichenko, director, gallery owner A.V. Smolyaninov, methodologists of the highest category.

The students read the poems of A. S. Pushkin in Russian and made a video recording of their speech. The work of the great poet united all those who love Russia and believe in the high mission of the Russian language and literature.
