Researchers find out how things are with sleep in Russia

The recruiting service HeadHunter conducted a study and found out how much Russians sleep on weekdays. As reported by "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" , the majority of "Sonya", it turned out, live in the Tomsk region.

"57.1% of local residents usually sleep 6-8 hours on weekdays. There are also lucky ones who sleep more than eight hours a day - there are 21.4% of them in the Tomsk region, and this is almost twice as much as the average People who like to sleep also live in the Rostov, Yaroslavl and Kemerovo regions, "says Lilia Esaulenko, head of the press service of Siberia.

However, experts are forced to state that more than 22% of Russians sleep 4-6 hours on weekdays. The least sleepers are in the Kaliningrad region. Here 34.1% of local residents sleep less than 6 hours a day. They also do not sleep enough in the Saratov Region, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs.

The duration of sleep is largely influenced by the type of human activity. It was found that the shortest sleep is observed in security personnel, lawyers, and tourism and restaurant workers. In turn, representatives of the creative intelligentsia, scientists and raw material miners can often boast of good rest.
