Founded in 1992, The Kutaisi Institute of Medicine is a therapeutic school, located in Kutaisi, Georgia. The University was established due tothe initiative group consisting of LosebKachakhidze, Giorgi Arveladze, NugzarMaglakelidze and qDvalishvili, by the consent of the Ministry of Health Care and on the basis of the license issued by the Ministry of Education. Kutaisi has been a traditionally important town throughout the ages, even housing the parliament of Georgia.Currently, it's the capital of the Imereti region and is considered the second town of Georgia.
